William Roche

Co-owner with 20 years of concrete cutting experience, including wall sawing, slab sawing, core drilling, electric sawing, and wire sawing. Mr. Roche is OSHA 10 and 30-hour certified. Mr. Roche possesses an Operator Certification from The Concrete, Sawing, and Drilling Association; advanced training with Pentruder in 2017. An active member of Local 76 union for 20 years and leadership team member for the past 5 years. Prior to concrete cutting was a Petty Officer, Third Class, in the United States Navy as an Aviation Bosan's Mate Handler for 4 years. Petty Officer was obtained within 2 years of service where I managed a team of 20 sailors. He served his country on the deck of an aircraft carrier demonstrating valor, leadership, and the utmost concern for safety.

Joe Cimino

Co-owner and Operator at Rock Valley Concrete Cutting, LLC. Mr. Cimino has 16 years of concrete cutting experience, as well as being an active member of Local 76 union. He is well-known in the industry for his precision and attention to detail. His concrete cutting experience includes wall sawing, core drilling, slab sawing, electric sawing, and wire sawing. He has trained numerous co-workers in his 13 years on the job. Mr. Cimino is also OSHA 10 and 30-hour certified. Mr. Cimino has been recognized several times throughout the years for his safety efforts on his jobs.
